Please note ALL exterior improvements such as roofs, patios and landscaping require Architectural Review Committee (ARC) approval before work can begin on your home. Please make sure you submit a completed ARC application and obtain approval prior to commencing any work. The Architectural Review Committee has up to 45 days for review but may be sooner for all completed and properly supported applications. Home improvements without proper ARC approval will be subject to fines.

Many homeowners are getting their roofs replaced. The only approved shingle and color for our community is GAF Timberline Weathered Wood. Unauthorized installation of roof shingles will result in removal and replacement at the owner’s expense.
